The Greek legend of Orpheus tells of a poet whose music enchanted even stone. Inspired by his story, the ORPHEUS collection honours nature’s most remarkable treasures.
Semi-precious stones, rare minerals, and delicate objects of desire are selected in their untouched state and woven into hand-forged metal. The Long Hanging Lamp can feature amethyst, pyrite, malachite, rock crystal, labradorite, calcite or Nymphenburg porcelain, or be personalised with a stone from your own collection.
Two separately controlled light sources illuminate the stone while integrated, dimmable downlights provide functional light below. Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and long consoles, ORPHEUS balances sculptural presence with practical illumination.

Technical Details
All long lamps are supplied with the HL-1 ceiling cover set (Ø12 cm / 4.7 in and Ø2 cm / 0.8 in), two 250 cm (98.4 in) steel cables, and a 350 cm, 5-core electrical cable, allowing two switching configurations: all light sources on a single circuit, or the downlights wired on a separate circuit from the spotlight highlighting the stone. The total drop can be easily adjusted on-site.
Tabletop is illuminated by hidden 3–5 GU10 7.5 W / 390–455 lm downlights.
The standard light bulbs are: GU10-B for 220-240V versions | GU10-B-U for 110-120V versions.
